- Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, 5:30 - 7:00 am
- Strength and cardio programs
Winter: November - April 30
- Weight Training: Sunday mornings at Cardio Go (College and University, Toronto) 8am-10am
- Friday mornings at Paddle Zone (Pickering) - 5:30am-6:30am and 6:30-7:30am
